Personal Passover Seder Plates

Free Custom Photo Calendars

When you’re having a Passover Seder with young kids, it can be hard to pass everything around and still keep the kids engaged. Before the Seder, have them make and decorate their own personal Seder plates. Fill up their plates before the Seder begins and your Seder will go more smoothly. If you like this activity, try making our Matza House -- a fun and delicious way to end your Seder.

What You’ll Need:
*Clear plastic plates
*Decorative stones or jewels
*Seder plate template (attached below)

*Print out the Seder plate items you want for your personal plate. Resize as needed so all the items you want will fit on your plate.

*Glue the Seder plate items you printed to the underside of your plate, so that when you look through the clear plate, you’ll see the Seder plate items. Just use one or two small dots of glue.
*Decorate the rim of your plate with stones or jewels.
*Before the Seder begins, go over each item with your child and put a little bit of each on their plate in the corresponding spot.
*Send us a picture of your kids and their personal Seder plates we may post it to our site!
