What You’ll Need:
*Old sweatshirts or other long-sleeve shirts with a cuff
*Buttons, fabric scraps, beads, etc.
*Fabric Glue or needle & thread
*Cut the cuffs off of the old shirts. Cut flowers, or other fun shapes, out of the fabric scraps.
*Decorate the cuff with buttons, beads, and fabric and secure with fabric glue.
